ROC represents the interests of all recreation users, both motorized and non-motorized. Right now, our main focus is the FS route designation process. ROC has contacts with most off-highway vehicle (OHV) organizations in the North State. ROC convenes OHV meetings to gather local input when national forest proposals for route designation are released for public comment. The ROC management team spends considerable time researching and preparing responses and driving to numerous meetings with recreation users, county staff and elected officials. The ROC website is updated when new information is available.
All the above takes time and money. We welcome any size contribution you or your organization would like to make to offset our on-going costs (fuel for traveling and the maintenance of this website). Your contribution is tax deductible. ROC’s Board of Directors and Management Team accept no salary and work strictly as volunteers on your behalf.
